1. Mutual Confidentiality Covenant
This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (βNDAβ) governs all inquiries, consultation communications, target URLs, evidence dossiers, and case communications exchanged between the Client and Content Removal Takedown (βCRTβ).
Automatic In-Take Binding Shield:From the moment a case inquiry or URL is submitted through our website, phone line, or encrypted email, all information is immediately sealed under this binding Mutual Non-Disclosure Protocol.
2. Scope of Protected Confidential Information
Protected information includes, without limitation:
- The personal or legal identity of the client, corporate executives, or family members.
- The specific nature, URLs, screenshots, and context of the defamatory or unauthorized content.
- All proprietary legal strategies, origin server trace data, host contact channels, and mediation filings.
- All fee structures, invoices, and settlement documentation.
3. Strict Third-Party Non-Disclosure
CRT agrees not to disclose, copy, publish, or disseminate any Confidential Information to any third party. Our statutory takedown notices served to host datacenters and search engines are executed under CRTβs institutional legal authority, keeping your name and contact details completely confidential.
4. Term & Survival
The confidentiality obligations under this Agreement remain in full force and effect indefinitely following the resolution of your case.
