1. The 100% Pay On Success ($0 Upfront) Model

Content Removal Takedown operates under a performance-contingent fee structure. Following our free confidential intake and feasibility analysis, we issue a formal Scope of Engagement detailing the exact target URLs and expected timeline.

Zero Financial Risk Guarantee:Clients are not required to pay upfront retainers, onboarding deposits, or recurring monthly maintenance fees. You are only invoiced after verified root server deletion, platform removal, or Google search index de-indexing is confirmed.

2. Scope of Takedown Services

Our mandate includes statutory, technical, and mediation protocols aimed at permanent removal:

Server-Level Deletion: Permanent deletion of articles, images, or forum threads from host databases resulting in HTTP 404 (Not Found) or HTTP 410 (Gone).
Review Expungement: Direct platform escalation removing fake 1-star reviews from Google Maps, Trustpilot, and Glassdoor.
Search De-Indexing: Purging search previews, title snippets, and cached HTML records from Google and Bing indexes.

3. Lifetime De-Indexing Guarantee

4. Client Authorization & Good Faith

By submitting a case for evaluation, the client certifies that they are the targeted individual, authorized legal representative, or intellectual property holder entitled to seek removal of the offending content.
